Hi my name is Marina! I was born in Ukraine & moved to Raleigh, North Carolina with my 2 kids in 2002. I worked hard from speaking no english, to moving my way up at Food Lion, Kohls, becoming an official Store Manager at Burlington Coat Factory!

When Covid-19 struck, I knew my life needed a change & my purpose was more than being in retail. I found Partner Driven Real Estate Investing & knew this is what I was meant to do. I love being a person of value & connecting with people from all walks of life.

I officially started my real estate business, House By Marina in 2020 & was on fire with determination & consistency. I am now a master Real Estate Investing coach with Partner Driven! I love working for PD & helping others who were just in my position move up in their business & working towards their life goals. I have done many deals with Partner Driven & will continue to work on my business while working for the company as well!
